Day 1... The launching of an experimental diet. Whether by reasons of insanity, or the possibility of achieving the same status of mega-hot beings whose beauty and glow seem almost other-worldly, I was SOLD. (Besides, the possibility of knowing I'd be getting up on concert stages in barely-there outfits was enough to lock-in my decision.)
I had been planning this for weeks. And thus, because this diet rids you of pretty much all toxins, fats etc., I let myself eat pretty much anything I wanted in this 2 week period, leading up to my new diet (which I've jokingly coined "my eating disorder" to my best friend).
Since I'm posting this in retrospect, I don't remember much about this day, except I had just finished shopping for all the major fruits / vegetables and nuts that would be my new diet... and I still had enough of the "other" food in my system from the day before, that I didn't feel much of a change.
I would be remiss if I didn't admit to feeling a little bit of life being injected into my veins, however (which was enough of a catalyst to keep me on board for this entire 90-day journey.)
I aspire to post videos / pictures , etc., which I wanted to do from day one, however, a domestic issue involving my roommate and her baby daddy prevented me from doing anything that first day (which included a YouTube video).
Alas, there are plenty of "before" references I'll be able to use, when all's said & done at the end of this insane journey.
Thank you for following me on this journey. <3
Wish me luck...

Day 2 - C'Mon', Let's Sweat
Whether it's from the diet, or the fact that it's satanically hot outside, in the middle of August right now, I could really feel my pores (in fact, my blood stream) doing some very neat things.
I feel like the raw food is like lava, going into my veins, and glomming on / transforming the other cells in my body.
Yes... Like a chrysallis. Suddenly, you'll know how a caterpillar feels when turning into a butterfly. (You'll know when you do this...)
This is a major transformation (already readily apparent by day 2).
Stay tuned...

Day 3 - Holy Mutha...
of Gawd...
This is a day where, for some reason, I just want to lay in bed and rub coconut oil all over myself.
(Don't ask.)
I'm guessing this is a raw vegan thing?
Either way, it's interesting to see the purging of bad stuff, along with a whole new set of interesting characteristics. (This particular characteristic might be favorable to a mate (if I had one). ;)
Let's just say... your SKIN... (even on paleo) gets sooo smooth, and suddenly, your nerve-endings are super-sensitive... uh... in a good way. ;) And suddenly, EVERYTHING is SENSORY! :-o
(Makes sense because you're sort of putting your body through a major metamorphosis.) This is a happy thing! :)
And that's all I'm gonna say about that topic! ;) (Although I might do another post about this (especially if I experience this again, or more intensely, or it gets to be so intense that I need to seek help (Most aren't gonna see this as a problem though. Rather, a happy biproduct.) ;-)
(I also irritated some of my friends by talking too much about this new diet. (And uh, eating too much on the phone with them.)
Anyway, cheerio! ;)

Day 4 - A Day To Stuff It
Day 4 - "A Day to Stuff It"
August 12, 2016
After irritating several friends with my over-talking about my new eating disorder (er... "diet"), I took a day to rest. (And eat.)
Day 5 - "You Give Me Fever"
August 13, 2016:
Not much fruit today. BUT, I had an AMAZING guacamole I made. Here's what I put in it:
3 Avocados
7 Tiny Cherry Tomatoes / halved
1/3 Red Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
Juice of 1 Lime
Salt
Pepper
Cayenne Pepper.
Put in food processor / chopper to blend (in my case, it got really mixed into a sludge, with big chunks of onion still intact). Oh well... when you're talking to somebody who's been eating like a rabbit for almost a week, it was still amazing. ;)
Ate this with some fresh broccoli, and later, for my 2nd helping, some sugar snap peas, which added some nice crunch / texture.
I literally sat there with my eyes closed, enjoying this meal, and actually felt like; "I can do this."
All that aside, I felt a little feverish today. Maybe it's all the detoxing. I dunno... (or all the alcohol from the night before). Hehe...
Hoping tomorrow is better...
Cheers! :)
